Every Tuesday evening from 6:00-7:30 at Chico Creek Counseling -

Attending a group session is considerably cheaper than one-on-one therapy, and you benefit from not only going away with new information and skills, but from also being able to hear the struggles others are battling, and learning from their experiences and the therapeutic conversation that evolves through yourself and the other participants.
Having been a single parent for exactly a decade, and now parenting within a blended family I have made it a special passion of mine to learn, research and dedicate a large portion of my therapy career and skill-set to working with families and parents.
Through this group you'll learn why your teen has changed from the child you knew, to this new person who is similar to, but not quite the same as, the child you've been raising all this time. WHY DO THEY THINK LIKE THAT? You will learn some strategies and techniques to implement in your family to help you help your tween/teen.
